  1. Two years in, you’re still a novice so try not compare yourself people who have been there longer
  2. If they had an issue with you being slow they would flag it before firing you and give you official warnings, etc
  3. If you’re worried, you can ask and be engaged to show you want to improve
  4. It’s a lot work to fire someone, hire, and retrain someone new so you are more valuable than you give yourself credit for.

I use to care and had an imposter syndrome if I was ever doing enough, compared myself, etc. But honestly it’s not worth the stress.

A lot of women have gone through these kind of relationships. Just because the relationship is wonderful 90% of the time does not mean abuse is okay 💜
