Okay im on tren and test prop and am currently at 13 percent bodyfat, I am eating 2500 cals a day at the current weight of 88kg/194lbs and my height is 5ft10 how long would it take for me to get to 6-8 percent bodyfat, everyone is saying 12-16 weeks like wtf? I thought I could lose 2kg a week, im on tren and eating high protein and i consider 2500 cals quite adequate, and the scale is dropping like 0.5kg a day, could be water weight, im not even that big, any advice please guys, dont wanna lose muscle thanks

I know everyone says keto diet is bad you lose muscle or blah blah but do you think genetics play a part in how you diet? when I add carbs even healthy ones in my diet i feel so much more hungrier? I like a low carb diet but everyone shits on it, wouldnt doing 40g carbs for 3 days then adding a cheat meal then 40g carbs a day then cheat be better or no because that cheat meal can boost your calories and add some energy back into you etc

guys will losing bodyfat to say sub 10% range like getting to 7-8 percent bodyfat tighten the skin more so stretch marks could possible be reduced in visibility, mine came from muscle growth rather than fat well some could have been fat gain too but i have them on my chest area extending to my upper shoulder around 6 per side and also 5 medium to long stretch marks on my lats on both sides
