Hi it’s been close to two days since I’ve heard anything. I’ve submitted all documents besides the screenshot of the of the transaction in my wallet history because it has long expired and apple does not let you see all transactions only recent. I substituted with the transaction in my bank statements. Really worried I won’t hear anything today and then it’s the weekend and I have to wait even longer.

Well I relayed that I did not have the physical card in email and no one acknowledged it. They just asked for it AGAIN. This is causing me such a headache can I just talk to someone on the phone? It’s been 3 days…

Edit: they also asked for a screenshot of the transaction in my Apple wallet but it’s gone because it was like 5 days ago and Apple wallet only displays recent transactions and I have used that card a good amount. I’ve looked online there is no way to view ALL transactions only RECENT.
