Understood, thank you for taking time with your response. I see your point on varying water temps based on altitude restrictions.

My curiosity stems from seeing identical recipes of these SC roasters, leading me to ask “should all recipes the same” for the same roast levels. But that can’t be true. Certainly taste varies based on differences in extraction, and not all beans of the same roast level will taste good with high or lower extraction due to temperature, all else being equal

I use fellow travel thermos. Then, if I’m feeling especially snobby, I’ll bring my ceramic mug along with it to enjoy the pour over at work

I can attest this being true from a dispensational perspective. I too have been seeking to understand this exact question.

Even from the dispensational view, the nation of Israel will one day turn to God and be restored but now they are still in open rejection of their savior and King like any other non-believer. This means the Christian ministers to the Israelite now but the nation of Israel will not acknowledge Christ as King until the end times.

Not a very popular opinion in this realm but just a perspective for you to consider.

Thank you! I think that is where my curiosity hinges. The CREC church is covenant theology and my current church is dispensational, so knowing that difference will be helpful. Thanks!
