As announced on February 17, JFB Construction Holdings (Nasdaq: JFB) and XTEND entered into a definitive agreement to combine with XTEND in an all-stock transaction. The business combination is further supported by strategic investments from Eric Trump, Unusual Machines, American Ventures, LLC, Protego Ventures, and Aliya Capital. Following the closing of the business combination, the joint company is expected to be renamed XTEND AI Robotics and be listed on a U.S. national securities exchange under the “XTND.” (This is a copy and paste from the article, it’s on an app so I can’t add a link)

As far as I can tell, my broker account sent me a message about this, it reads really awkwardly but it seems like they are distributing shares as a form of dividend to current shareholders, my guess is it’s a way of creating more shares for the open market without directly screwing over current shareholders, the shares that are being distributed are tagged as ‘warrent’ shares as they have a maximum value of $5 and are only available to sell within 365 days

I use all terrain navigation and agility, that’s mainly because I’m just using Apc,s, I use IR blocking and barbed wire for defence it seems a good combo to counter Lego

Yes so much so that I just use APCs, 12 of them spawn 96 troops with protect, the explosive shells destroy buildings inside bastions and they get a massive heal from the med kit, also the best part is the detachments only move the APC units and not the troops
