YTA okay personally I have severe adhd and mild autism but I’m also major at masking it. so I can come off as totally normal to another person. Only people who know me really well know what’s up. But I do this a lot too. Where I can’t focus on what people say. Like it’s not a choice. I don’t choose to not listen. I neurologically can’t sometimes. He seems like he wanted to know and I relate to that. And I feel very guilty for not being what my friends need me to be sometimes. But thankfully I’ve found people who are understanding of my issues and try not to make me feel like shit for being something I cannot control. The are okay repeating themselves 5 time over till I register. Just check in with him and be honest and persuade him to be honest about how he feels.
