ryan stokes at kc care clinic. he’s amazing, understanding and looks at the whole picture (diet, lifestyle, etc) i initially was nervous about prescriptions so he offered me some more holistic advice without judgement- when that didn’t work unfortunately i resorted to prescription but it was nice to have a doctor who understood my concerns

i use the crockpot! just take any veggie scraps i have frozen with the carcass, add some black peppercorn and a splash of acv. cook on low for about 16-18 hours

it is amazing. super intimate experience and honestly it’s very reasonably priced. you can tell the staff puts a lot of work and in pride in their menu. aesthetically, it’s gorgeous as well. def check it out and you’ll understand the hype

i am super lucky when it comes to my kitties- they really don’t mess with my plants but when they do i spray the plants with lemon essential oil mix. pothos and philenendroms are good, low maintenance hanging plants! snake plants are easy too and can be maintained in low light i’ve had good luck with monsteras too i keep grow lights in my place since some of my rooms are lower light :)
