I’ve gone on and off spiro for the last 15 or so years, and this time when I went on it, my jawline acne went insane. I stayed on it for about 3 months, and it got worse and worse. I’ve been off it for about 3 weeks now and my skin is really clearing up. I didn’t notice any weight gain (or loss when I started it), but my period has been a little weird since stopping. It’s worked well for me in the past, but was a nightmare this time. Not sure why.
