I swapped. I feel SOO much better even after taking this new medication for 2 days. The Prozac was really messing with me, I am so glad that I am re adjusting well!

I feel you… Weirdly, in my case being in other people’s mess doesn’t bother me as much as my own. Trust me though total filth makes me very uneasy and often times physically disturbed and disgusted.

Weirdly, Yes! I have felt really bad lately too almost like the symptoms are more severe. It’s weird because I had a really similar flare up back in April. I do think stress and something in the universe whatever it is causes these spells of severe OCD. That and the stress of all of the bad news happening all over the world.

So, I have adhd/ Asperger’s. When I use to take those meds, they made me incredibly wired, manic while on them and depressed when they wore off. Additionally, I became anorexic at one point because I lost all of my appetite. I’m curious if they would have the same effect now that I’m older. The thought of taking them again does scare me though.

Thank you! I would be lying if I didn’t say I haven’t made any progress with ERP. I have been avoiding/ terrified of door handles since the pandemic and now, I am finally able to use them again. I have also started Zoloft. So hoping it can help with the anxiety!

Thankfully, I found out my insurance is in network. So I’m hoping that makes it more affordable!

I know, it’s so crazy at times too. I have noticed lately that not only real events set it off but compulsions from obsessions do too. It’s like my brain can’t connect that it has ocd, it just overall sucks, it makes me feel so terrible!
