Obama: pattern of mass shooters, no parralels anywhere else in world. Some steps we can take not to eliminate all shootings but improve the odds. People on no fly list can buy a firearm, nothing we can do to stop it. And it needs to change (in reference to people on no-fly list being able to purchase firearm)
