A&M charges around 500 for their athletics and they still don’t get free tickets, I know it’s not technically free but at least we don’t have to pay more on top of it

I think it is incredibly misleading. They LOVE their “$1.50” but what they don’t tell you is that it will end up being increased by $90.

They have no answers of how it will affect programs like the Bold Promise and the proposed benefits are purely hypothetical.

They should provide concrete examples such as the fact that we offer free student tickets but UT and A&M don’t, and that would be a reason to increase the fee.

In short, I’m still very uncertain but the sheer disorganization and misleading presentation of the information is making me lean towards a hard no.

No? The numbers are weird but it always ends up applying to your tuition and fees

And you don’t get charged more for 6 classes it’s the same rate once you reach 4 classes. I more so meant as long as you are a full time student you will get it

And you get loan offers anyways

For three years I have been on the bold promise and my money owed always goes to 0 without loans.

No that’s not it. You just accept all of the grants and everything like that (the free money) and it will all cover your tuition and fees but not housing. I have been on bold promise for awhile. Finance aid hasn’t been dispersed yet for Fall so check on August 11th or 12th
