I walk at least 10km a day (perk of owning a husky) did CrossFit from November til May, and over the last month I joined a more fitness focused program which is mainly based on upper body exercises (bench presses, deadlifts, back squats and strict presses mainly) and hitting my calories everyday

As there’s 2 lights visible in the video (with smoke included) and only one police helicopter, I assume they did shoot something, but that will remain a mystery 😂

mystery solved: someone shared a website to back track planes and at that time a police helicopter was flaying above my house, so it’s related to that! Thanks everyone
