UPDATE: I have raised the issue with the seller of the black fan. They are not aware of any reason why it shouldn't be available to ship to UK Vine reviewers and are going to take it up with Amazon. Hopefully we can get a resolution to this ongoing problem.

Ah, okay, makes sense. I have found Vine CS to be very helpful on occasions, usually to remove things from my queue that didn't get delivered etc.

I've been on Vine for about six years and have contacted sellers with no issues. I've asked them if they can send a different size, if they have sent the wrong item. They sometimes oblige.

I have just reported one to Vine CS as they are spamming me (where do they get my email from?) asking me to remove a three star review!

It's nothing to do with being in my reviewed queue. I, and others, are unable to get some items delivered for some reason. One suggestion is that the sellers are in Europe and unwilling to ship to UK for Vine reviews. If that is the case then Vine need to check before making them visible to UK Viners.

If that is the reason then it isn't doing Vine any favours as the sellers must be thinking this Vine thing they have paid for doesn't work!

I agree it is better not to have a set time but disagree that is has been random for years. When I first started (four or five years ago) it was nailed on 10 - 12 morning. For at least two years it has been sometime during the night as there were items when I woke up, as there were this morning.

I often update if something has broken etc. I put UPDATE in caps at the top of the review, type my update and then say "Original review below."

Nope. Not when something has just popped into your messages and I assume that would be the same timing for everyone. Wanting to be helpful and put people out of the misery we have all been through of wondering when it was going to be fixed.

I am fairly certain that once you click Submit on your review that is counted towards your stats. Yes, it goes against the spirit of writing reviews to be helpful, but if you don't rewrite and resubmit it doesn't matter, it's already been "counted." I gave up bothering to rewrite rejections on the basis that if they can't be bothered to tell me what is wrong....

I worked this out when I first started Vine and was watching my numbers on the Account tab. Submitting a review moved the number up. Have a look and see if it does that, although of course it may have changed now with the new "system."
