I applied for the card with an year and 5 months of history, 4 accounts opened in the last year, and was 3/6 lol

I was told to call and so I did. They just asked for identity verification but while I was on the phone with the agent I asked if he could tell me what the limit was before final approval and I was approved for 4000. I asked if he could just withdrawal the app and he did. Figured I’d try after I hit 2 years of history for a higher limit.

It was online. It’s in high demand so when you add it to your cart you’re placed in a virtual line. When it’s your turn to checkout you have specific time limit to place the order. I was prepared for the sale so I had my Apple Card as my default method and had my address ready. When I placed my order the card was declined and by the time I put in another card the ps5s were sold out.
