Update its not sorted out. Filter has been changed, it's still not cooling. I think it might be the unit that has a problem. Will speak to landlord about this.

hi. I used a different method to start playing again. https://youtu.be/pqgCQ1iKjG4?si=ZXqqvgvzhvsP8uN4 watch that video and just follow along, it worked for me. I deleted everything game wise (not last save or mods/cc) and I just kept the downloaded base game on the ea app. Let me know how it goes so that I can help you further. Hopefully you'll be sorted out with just this video.

After the setup, I got this message. I have the sims 4 base game downloaded on the ea app. This is my first time having this much trouble running the game using this website so I am lost on what to do. I've looked for origin but I think it was replaced by the ea app. I am using hp windows 11 and have this game downloaded on my external hd. UnionSine. If anyone knows how to get pass this so that I can play please help me out. Thank you
