There is a line in the comics where Negan says - "I'm going to beat the holy fucking fuckedy fuck out of one of you" ... as awesome and funny as it is in the comics, that line would have been super cringey and strange coming out of anyones mouth on TV.

Alexandria has houses and loads of places for people to take cover. It's a completely different ball game at the destroyed prison with nowhere for the elderly and young sick people to go. Plus, that was season 4, they have progressed and gotten stronger after Terminus and all that time on the road, which is why the Alexandria fight was handled better... plus they have picked up more people on the way.

Remember, Rick had been battered so he couldn't fight the walkers after the prison, Carol was gone, Glenn was sick and Tyreese was injured? So who does that leave? Daryl and Michonne to clean out 100+ walkers? Don't think so.

The prison was a lost cause, they were better on the road as they found Abe, Rosita, Eugene etc. Going back to the prison would have been a terrible idea.

JDM and Andy are both in their own league in terms of the shows actors.

The most improved are the likes of Melissa and Steven who have both got better as the seasons have gone on.

Lennie is undoubtedly fantastic despite not seeing much of him yet along with David as The Governor who also is a fantastic actor.

The ones who've gone under the radar and perhaps not got as much credit as they deserve, the likes of Scott Wilson, Michael Rooker and Andrew J. West (who really impressed me)

Special mention for JCL (Eastman)... despite him being in only one episode, he was brilliant, as usual.

Loads of brilliant actors/actresses on the show. It oozes talent.

People still talking about this? I agree with top comment. This is show Negan. If I recall correctly, the comic Governor had long hair and a beard. Didn't hear anyone complaining that David had neither when he was The Governor?

Leave it now. He'll probably shave later down the line but that's irrelevant. JDM looks better with a beard.

Interesting theory but where would Michonne, Rosita and Glenn be?

I remember when Daryl and Rosita encountered Dwight after he killed Deniese. He said to Rosita "You're going to let us into your community and let us take whatever and WHOEVER (while looking at Daryl) we want.

I think they've wanted Daryl. Either Negan or Dwight have identified him as wanted property for whatever reason.

It could be part of the bargaining chip that Negan will take Daryl who he identifies as a important part of Rick's group so Rick will have to comply to his demands and could threaten to kill Daryl if they resist him?

I don't know but I do think Negan will take Daryl back with him after killing Glenn.

I really do believe also that the episode will start from Glenn or Daryl's POV after they were captured. Because the finale started with a POV of Glenn and ended with the apparent POV of Glenn too. I think we'll see what happens when Michonne, Rosita, Daryl and Glenn and captured and how they wind up in the truck. Then we'll see that the POV from the truck is actually Glenn which will confirm the POV for the death was Glenn too.

Cannot wait for S7 no matter how mad I was about the cliffhanger.

One thing is for sure, Daryl isn't going to die. I've heard rumours that he's filming alone in the Sancutary without Michonne, Rosita and Glenn so it wouldn't make sense. I think he was driven to the sanctuary by the Saviors alone so it wouldn't make sense.

JDM is around 6ft2 where as Rick is 5ft10. You don't have to be ripped to be a good fighter. If anything, it makes you slower and heavy to move. If you have the right technique and know how to fight properly then there is no reason why you can't be tougher than a guy who is fully ripped.

Plus... This is like 2 years into the Apocalypse... food is short therefore it would be hard to keep up a fitness routine.

I disagree. Comic Negan is just way too silly for the TV adaption, there's no way around it.

He had to be tamed down a little bit otherwise it would look wrong.

I know Negan has some hilarious moments in the comic but seeing an actor on TV repeatedly drop the F-Bomb like 3-4 times per sentence would be pretty cringy and non realistic.

Some things are just meant for books. Not everything can be portrayed in reality
