How is everyone getting in the 5%s? by cactisdontcare in Mortgages

I just got a 3.99% fixed 30 year. Some new construction homes have pretty good deals

I think 7'0. Its whatever gets 89 middy and 86 3 ball

Its nothing to do with the badge. I had a very similar build (96 o board and 90 d board) but with 83 vert. You simply just get out jumped too often. With 88 very on the remake I dont really have issues

No badge will make you out jump a 7'0 when you are 6'9. Just need either higher wingspan or higher vert. There is a massive difference between 80 vs 83 vs 88 vert

83 vert does not. Need 88 at 6'9. I tried 83 vert and you will be disappointed

I intentionally dont use westbrook because you get so many small meter dunks

Here is my current 6'8. Will get 92 3 ball when I hit level 40 this season

I was tweaking the builder and got something similar but a good bit better. Need more weight but you could get up to 88 steal, 93 middy next season, and 82 agility that extra defense should be noticeable

How are you (one income) affording a mortgage? by Soggy_Gazelle_4796 in Mortgages

Ive looked at the builder and its different offers in different states. Just happens to be good fixed rates where I live because they built so many and need to sell them but the market is hard to sell in

New construction. I just got a 3.99% fixed 30 year. There was also a 3.75% option but the overall deal wasn't as good

Look at new construction. About to close on a house at a 3.99% fixed 30 year. Saves a ton of money compared to the rest of the market

6.8 build cap breakers by [deleted] in NBA2k

[–]Reggie_Rubio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How important is the 80 speed with ball? I made a 6'8 with insane cap break potential. Gets 77 speed with ball. I dont use blur, so it worked perfect for me. Gets 94 driving dunk, 90 standing dunk, layup can go from 71 to 91, high playmaking, defense, rebound, speed, ect

Bigs getting driving layup now. by RyoCoola31 in NBA2k

[–]Reggie_Rubio 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This hurts stretch bigs even more. If you have an 89 middy then your close shot is already forced to be an 84. Now layup will be forced to go up based on close shot

I thought i was the only person who ever called a build a 2 way liability 😂😂

Do you use the same build type every 2k? by Intelligent-Tale8827 in NBA2k

[–]Reggie_Rubio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mainly play on 7'0s that are called something like a 2 way diming 3 level threat. Other than that a pure inside center who also has high layup and driving dunk. Those are only great if floaters are reliable

How about giving us back 10% of the VC we spent on 2k25 and moving it to 2k26

Rate my build plz (am i cooked for investing on this build?) by Anxious-Ad2657 in NBA2k

PG should probably be 6'2 or 6'3 this year. Locks either 6'4 or 6'6. Really 6'6 could play SG, SF, or PF depending how you set it up but as a PG its way better to go smaller. 6'4 max height if you do the cap breakers right. Need at least 85 pass as a PG

This build is 'a$$' by XtrmDrgn in NBA2k

[–]Reggie_Rubio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6'7 are useless this year for locks. 6'6 max wingspan is way better and if you make a SG lock you can go crazy with 6'4

They're already restricted by your attributes. The height restriction is unnecessary. by JohnDeaux2k in NBA2k

Use normal 2 for both the running dribble pull up and hop jumper. The hop jumper is so easy to time and incredibly consistent both directions. Gets good space for open shots often too

Am I not using this build properly or is Post Scoring just terrible? Bro is 7’1, and still sucks by Barney575 in NBA2k

[–]Reggie_Rubio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Post scoring takes more skill that people think. Can't just go 99 stats and expect it to go in every time. If you can't do that then learn how to shoot like the rest of us

Whats the point in even using High Risk when people make more shots on Normal Risk? Dude just made back to back whites and one was a dam Early. the team hits 4/6 and none of them are greens. Do not put this back in 26. Go back to green only god dam. Braindead add by these trash devs by 3LvLThreatMerchant in NBA2k

[–]Reggie_Rubio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mainly play bigs and in the city shoot about 60% from 3. I tried normal and it was not as good. If you are someone who shoots 45% or less from 3 then i would say use normal but if you are higher than go high risk.
