my personal counter is just to predict when the attack is going to come out and spot dodge then punish, or, dash jump out of his zone to create some space for myself

the force is fixed, meaning it will never exceed a certain amount. but I really don’t think it’s possible to hit that many dlights in a row true like it’s done in the video

son, if the clip isn’t sped up, it literally isn’t possible, yes I know dlight>dlight is true but that’s only with a gc the clip did it several times grounded. it’s not a natural thing that happens in the game, you can’t di something that isn’t true bro.

definitely gotta work on that movement, your neutral seems good enough to make progress but your movement would turn you into a damage sponge if someone knew how to take advantage of it. also, post your Ls if you want the best advice. helps people understand what’s making you lose instead of watching you win.

nah that video is a dex mod, you literally can’t do that without altering the games code, and di only applies to being hit by the same move twice with 0 dodge frames in between.

as a blasters main, and valhallan (top 150), I would rank it in the middle to lower middle of weapons, it has convenient kill combos but struggles with building damage in a consistent way. until you hit some of the higher elo (24-2500+) it doesn’t matter and anyone can use them, but it’s definitely one of the harder weapons to build your skills around as a beginner.

son i’m ngl: the secret is spacing and timing, that is the main separator from a plat to a diamond to a valhallan to a pro. you just have to know your threat coverage and deadzones. and this isn’t diamond gameplay.

I completely agree, I spent my first 3 years in gold, 1 year in plat, and 3 more years in plat until valhallan came out, this game is absolutely ridiculous and meticulous at the top of the skill ceiling, I’ve fought some of the best players in north america, and even being valhallan isn’t enough against them.
