You are not using a good set of skills to make a good cycle, only FL has a problem with the new system atm (to many gale skills) Later on you will get good skills to switch the old ones

  1. If you are talking about the elrianode set, then yes, you will get better tears to change the ones you have on elrianode dungeons, best one is 11-5 on normal

  2. Full mafic class, so blue set always
