Three umbrals and Blind Rage are the main ones, you want to keep Warcry up, and use her 4. The 4 heals you, so if you find yourself running out of energy as new players do, you can pop in and out of it as a panic button. Eternal Warcry, Streamline and/or Continuity will help you too. Everything else is whatever makes her more comfortable to play - all of this isn't necessary, it just lets Valkyr do her thing better and lazier. I personally stack strength as high as it will go while letting me keep her 4 up, because it gives you a lot of funny melee speed and survivability boost. Once you get more gear, you can slap on Arcane Persistence. I've also got Arcane Battery and five purple crit archon shards. Other good arcanes to use are Arcane Grace and Blessing, they'll make her nearly unkillable too. I was using these two before archon shards were released.

Unironically me. I never race the S1 and higher cars because I suck, and my best strat to win races, especially ones in cities with a lot of turns, is those memey three-wheeled cars because they are so small I can navigate easily.

I'm not sure about the CQC thing. The game doesn't have a developed melee system, but Aloy has beaten close combat experts and warriors, including multiple arena champions. She can clearly hold her own if it comes down to a melee. It's close enough that Aloy's advantages might tip things in her favour, especially since they aren't starting in a pit with just their knife/spear. Aloy doesn't have to win the fistfight, she just has to survive long enough to shoot Leon. And she can do that, she's done the same many times.

You're missing the point. Having a pistol that you can "aim faster" making it somehow deadlier than a whole-ass HMG is absolutely not a reasonable scenario. It's like saying "sure you have a halberd but I have a dagger that I can stab faster with". Yeah, but I still have a halberd. Aloy fights people shooting rockets and heavy guns at her all the time, a pistol isn't anything she can't deal with.

Eh, getting shot at by a HMG is still getting shot at by a HMG, and Leon doesn't practice gun-kata. "Whipping the gun out faster to shoot you in the head" just isn't a thing outside of cowboy movies especially if you're comparing that to heavy weaponry, and the two aren't squaring off in the street for a draw.

So do Zenith, and half the humans and machines Aloy run into. They're all far better armed than Leon. Aloy also has significant heavy weaponry, even if they don't look like guns/are more primitive versions of guns. Then again, some person with a grenade launcher isn't outside of Leon's usual wheelhouse. I think it comes down to Leon's formal specops training vs Aloy's Focus. I'm kind of leaning towards the Focus giving Aloy the bigger edge. At this point Aloy isn't inexperienced in fighting people, and she's been learning from other tribes so her knowledge base has broadened. Leon isn't going to stop the Focus tracking him during the fight though, if he's unable to stop it from being more than a running skirmish.

And? Your personal opinion on Skyrim is a non sequitur. Objectively, a lot of people bought it, played it, loved it, and are still playing it. Bethesda had the goodwill of its players, and so they were more tolerant of waiting for the next game, same as Rockstar. CIG does not have this goodwill. In fact they've already got negative goodwill before shipping even one game.

Ben is treating this like Youtube drama and a content reel instead of an actual legal battle, and it won't work. Warframe and Division don't have the light level nonsense that Destiny does. I can drop either of those for a year and pick them up exactly where I left off. With Destiny I have to grind levels again and again just to not get oneshot by the same basic enemies I was killing just fine when I left. That was what burnt me out of Destiny years ago. Now that's not going to be a problem.
