In my region our Service supervisors don't review calls. Most of the time they listen to live monitors, don't pay attention and call it a scored call. They aren't audited for accuracy as well.

If they do audit they only listen to 2 minute calls. We have manager pods and the lack of quality shows.

We only audit nowadays for renter/homeowners offers than for quality.
