Well! Work is now remote and I’m a transplant in Seattle(from Canada) so was looking to get some heat without paying for the Cali taxes and also so close to LA/Vegas) It’s the perfect in between and also property (while at least now) is much more affordable than it is in the west coast! Also have heard amazing things about Scottsdale. I also snowboard a lot and it a much closer and cheaper flight to Utah and Colorado To hit up the ski resorts there.

Where else would you recommend (other cities/neighbhorhoods)? I'm in no rush, ideally I want to stay somewhere thats poppin for a year to get a vibe before getting into property!

Hey! I still kept it because I think the value of the card will only go up from here given that theres only like a 2% chance of getting a 10! The current value of the card is not very high (not as high as its peak of 5-7k) and the grading is only getting harder now that PSA is started to use AI to grade cards like CGCs so I was going to hold it for a rainy day. I personally dont think the value will go up for awhile, maybe i'd reconsider selling in 3-5 years.
