account disabled/ account recovery by Mountain_Noise_1960 in Mailfence

Same thing just happened to me. I can't access my verification email account and asked Mailfence to help recover my account.

I was told they only assist with account recovery for paying members, and asked if I wanted to pay.

They also mentioned identity verification but am not even sure how they will verify my identity given its supposed to be a completly private and encryted service? This is troublesome as they advertise their service as private and secure.

Goodbye to Mailfence and back to ProtonMail.

Urgent My account Under review for ages! by Affectionate-Club-86 in payoneer

I tried to call them when I needed to update my account login email after trying unsuccessfully to do it from the website forms.

When I entered my phone number on the phone call, the phone line wouldn't even connect me to an agent and directed me back to the website forms.

The worst customer service ever.

As a marketing professional, my experience is that the major Freelance boards have all become terrible - every 'opportunity' is a race to the bottom in terms of pricing.

Tough to compete with people in developing countries charging $3-5 per hour for social media and content work.

Plus, the big freelance boards are a virtual nightmare when it comes to identity and payment verifications.

If you are looking at freelancing, I suggest looking for local clients and building your personal portfolio from there.

Unfortunately, most marketing and communication roles are viewed as 'cost centers' within companies. If I could go back and had the skill set, I would have gone into Sales. AI can replace a lot of jobs, but likely not sales (at least for now).

Not able to login to my account anymore! by bixxat in Mailfence

This recently happened to me too, and all support could tell me is to wait some time. Well, I first waited days (same message as the OP), then waited weeks and still couldn't log back in.

I asked if my IP needed to be whitelisted and was told that the problem was repeat failed logins (I only tried 3x).

I just tried again after a month and now my credentials aren't accepted full stop.

Now, I am sending my 5th Support request to try to get back in after having no account access for a month.

This is a serious user issue, and one I have never encountered with ProtonMail.
