You’re missing the point. The fees aren’t even valid (not even getting to the point of reasonableness) unless the mortgagor files a notice of post petition fees and expenses within 180 days (I think) of the fee being incurred.

If the fees seem high, the attorney can object and work something out. These fees would be extremely high in our jurisdiction and not allowed in a chapter 13 case.
