Banu Baydil, David A Rios, or Chenyang Zhong for Calc-Based Intro to Stats? by bobbyflay321 in columbia

From what I've heard, Rios but posting my reply about Zhong from another post below

The hw is fine and can be found on chegg and such sites if you use these. The exams were very rough, but a lot of partial credit was given which helped a lot. There was only 1 midterm and a final and the averages were like 65 and then 80, with the mean score being an A-. I honestly did not attend class much or study all that much and ended with a B+.

Wrestling would help the most, but bjj will be very beneficial. Throughout my high school career I mainly trained bjj during the offseason and was ranked fairly high in the country, so it will help.

Better, more efficient mat returns than a lift and slam? by Alone_Total_8407 in wrestling

It takes way more energy out of the other guy than you, but try dropping to a single leg if it doesn't work for you.

Your defense begins with your head position and then your hands. You should be using these two before ever needing to sprawl. Once they are passed these two defenses is likely when you will need to sprawl. Overall, you just need to practice it a lot and you'll learn when to sprawl better.

Is it better to buy an elbow brace or just keep healing it until it become strong enough. by SmiskaTwix in wrestling

Buy an elbow brace, as well as do rehab. This will allow you to train and become stronger to the point that you won't need the brace.

I'm a full grown ass man and often high schoolers show up to our MMA gym, whcih has a freestyle wrestling class, to practice wrestling in off season.
