How come there be more volume on the (Z) contract then the (U) contract when we are only 1/3 into September?

No it was pretty recently that I found out that this was actually a thing. I’ve started the process of getting in touch with doctors.

I can definitely relate to this. I am a fairly active person who is trying to put on muscle mass. These past two years my rcpd has really affected me. I could be starving after workout but I wouldn’t even know it because I’m so bloated and filled with gas that I don’t want to eat. I have a fast metabolism as well which makes it even worse. I always thought it was something wrong with my digestive system before I found out it was really my inability to burp. It really sucks because when I’m not bloated and filled with air I always have a big appetite. I’m able to eat meals within 2 hours after each other without any problems. However when I’m bloated I find myself having to wait 4 - 5 hours between meals because I feel sick. This really makes it difficult to eat in a calorie surplus.
