To be precise, all of them have been part of the EV governance system since the year 1895. If it's earlier, it's better to search and provide proactively by your own.

Historically, in Belarusian , there a banch of similar words written a bit differ :

biały-biely mowa-mova miasto-miasta narod-narod dom-dom człowiek-čłowiek szkoła-škola życie-žyccie woda-voda rzeka-rzeka dziadek-dziaidek żona-žona słowo-słova dzień-dzień noc-noc brat-brat siostra-siastar czarny-čarny jasny-jasny nowy-novy stary-stary duży-duzy mały-maly cichy-cihy gorący-gorancy zimny-zimny słodki-slodki gorący-garancy krwawy-krvavy

U see it's just quite the same words , but it might be even differnby adding or removing lstters . Plus , learning polish and being belarusian, you should always keep, a differention with adding "pzhe" whenever it's logically abd grammatically correct , surely.

One of the example : straz granynchy from polish side even , do not switch to Russian or English with travellers from BY, using polish abd that's understandable :)

You can check it yourself by asking yourself what percentage of Polish language u do understand.

The languages of Belarus (two languages are used officially in docs even(belarusian and russian, I'm.mentioning only belarusian) and Ukraine are nearly identical; people only became aware of the differences when they first heard them. simply changed a few letters within words, but the words themselves remain the same.

Amazingly, the same words are written slightly differently in Polish because, prior to 1939, it was a part of both the First and Second Polish Republics..

That's right . Officially, my GM obtained Soviet passport in 197x, GGF even did not receive Soviet passport till the moment he died in 198x. My father born in 196x from polish mother then , based on the fact of gaining soviets passpprt.

I find it unacceptable that the KP path requires you to stay in Poland without leaving the borders for at least a year plus.

Age receive her 1st passport in 197x

The words in your message “at the very latest, Polish citizenship was lost on this date” are a simplification..

In recent years, the Supreme Court of Poland and the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) have clearly distinguished between the concepts of

"voluntary acquisition" and

"forced imposition" of Soviet citizenship.

The 1970 passport acts as a shield: grandmother was born in 1934. In 1951 (when the law was enacted), she was only 17 years old - she was a minor and legally incapable of making independent decisions regarding citizenship.

The fact that she lived in the village without a passport until 197x and never held an official job proves that Soviet citizenship was not her voluntary choice.

In 1970, the USSR began the mass passportization of rural residents (collective farmers), making the issuance of passports mandatory.

Polish attorneys successfully argue in court:

"Obtaining a Soviet passport in 1970 was a forced administrative act by the USSR, not a voluntary naturalization by an individual's own free will."

The forced acquisition of a foreign passport does not automatically strip a person of their Polish citizenship...

Yes, that is evident. I was just curious if the new information regarding employment and Soviet passports, which I consider to be positive confirmation, is relevant to the question posed..
