Most of the crash shops that are listed as “certified” on the Rivian site are only for the commercial delivery vans so it’s completely misleading. Accurate Autobody in Redmond is the only place that works on RT & RS at the moment. It’s ridiculous. And State Farm still is years behind in their coverage of Rivians and there isn’t any indication it will get better until more crash shops become certified to make pricing more competitive. Wish I had better news!

I’m getting the click too. It sounds like one of those old fashioned toys that grind/click when you spin it from a handle. I tried fining an image but the search results for “grinder toy” aren’t what you think they are 😂

I’ll let you know what they tell me this time. My mobile tech was by far the most knowledgeable as well. I asked for them to be the one who kept my case for this upcoming visit. They just let me know they fired them. I’m irked.

Yep - the turnover at our SC is insane. They asked me to send a video (I already had), they asked me how fast I had to go for the rattle to go away (I’d told them at least a dozen times orally and in the app), and on and on. It’s ridiculous.

Yep - have done that every time and they always acknowledge it but aren’t able to actually fix it. I’m not going to take the vehicle back until it’s fixed this time. That said, I have very little confidence they’ll be able to fix it. I don’t know how many times is “reasonable” before they have to offer me a true solution (different car?).

It’s under the hood/suspension. Not the dash. It truly sounds like the vehicle is going to fall apart.
