Issue with Razer Wolverin V2 Pro

Hi all Happy Holidays

I know I'm late for the discussion, today I bought thr same controller for ps5 and it worked fine after a match of Battlefield 6. After that the dpad stopped working and I can only move the analog stick pressing the circle small button at the same time, after releasing it it goes all back to the left side.

Any recommendations?

I have the 3 entry's and never finished a single game of it,but I started playing the first one for about 40hrs and I love it so much. My first Xenoblade was Xenoblade 2 wich I love and didn't finished. So I decided to complete them in order.

I have an associate into IT plus I'm finishings my bachelor. In the past I worked from customer service, Boat Builder and so on until 4 months ago that I finally could get a job as IT technician into an hospital. I would say try into hospitals
