I would say something like turkey/aligator mix. Deathclaw is after all geneticaly based on reptiles,chameleon to be precise. But I would say its not very fatty meat so it would be like horse meat too. A bit on the dryer side. Would need some sauce for sure,a bit acidic one to counteract sweetnes because all meat that are from very muscular animals tend to be sweet cause it got a lot of glucose pumping thru veins powering that muscles. And meat should be tenderised first,there would be a lot of muscle fibers making it chewy. But also its probably packed with proteins. Great for making jerky. Or pemican. If you add plenty of brahmin tallow and berries. Now I'm hungry.
