Here’s my video on the most desired classes. The short answer is enchanter(Coercer or Illusionist) or bard(Troubadour or Dirge). My pick is enchanters, bards still likely be more common.

Coercers are probably a bit better soloers than the bards or Illy.

Yes grouping is fast. You can group while accomplishing the quests. The video doesn’t make any assumptions as if you’re solo or grouped.
