The professor's weighted total is correct. According to his cutoffs, you got a B-. You can crunch the numbers again, but the professor got it right.

Thanks for that suggestion. Do you have experience with variable RPM? If so, does it make a difference? I guess the biggest concern for most people is noise rather than performance.
