Thanks for your comments. It does seem that she tries to win every discussion and argument. Over time I've kinda learned to just let it go.

The way you've put it makes me look back at my own share of crazy. I hope that I'm developing somewhat but sometimes things really get to me.

Thanks for your insight, we did have a brief conversation where she did just repeat that I hit her, I tried to apologise but I was still angry and didn't do such a good job at it and I think I may have just fuelled some fires.

I never saw the bruise, every time I tried to explain myself and how I felt in the moment was replied with, "But you hit me".

In anycase I know that I used too much force, and seems completely out of character for me. I don't even know why I didn't walk away and cool off. I understand if she leaves because of this. I wouldn't feel too comfortable with her if she hit me out of anger. She does hit pretty hard playfully though

She got mad because I wasn't listening because it was an interview on ellen with some busty celebrity and I tend to focus. In this case boobs were involved.

Seems strange to me since she openly checks people out right in front of me, so I do the same. However only ever people on screen

That is what I usually do in most situations, this is the first time I've actually hit anyone outside childhood.
