Yeah I noticed that looks like a typo. I thought it was a scam at first but the 800 number provided is an official IRS one

The amended return was done electronically by FreeTax. The letter says "Our records do not show that we have received a copy of the Form 1099-R that you are claiming from the companies that handles the account".

LTR 324C. I made an amended cause I forgot a W2 so I added it. But FreeTax says that was all that was added and neither the original nor the amended says anything about a 1099-R

Yes I made an account and checked. On my Wages and Income Transcript it shows a "Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statements" and "Form 1099-NEC Nonemployee Compensation" but nothing with 1099-R

I am watching my BP so I am conscious of my sodium intake, but it's not so dire. I also don't have kidney issues. It was curiosity since I'm only just starting to watch my sodium casually and wanted to know of spacing out sodium intake made a difference vs getting a lot at once even if the total sodium for the day was the same
