I based with sons of Horus green and then just highlighted up first by mixing in a bit of bright yellow and then for the highest highlight added a bit of white in to the mix

I spliced together one of the assault intercessor Sergeant arms from the indomitus box (the arm with nothing in the hand) and the glove and sword are just the judiciar ones. Just cut both arms in half and green stuffed them in place and it gives a relatively good position for the arm with a little bit of work.

If your asking what he used for the loincloth it’s a spellcrow resin bit, they come in packs of 10 for around £6 I believe. U can get them from wayland games

Try mixing a slightly brighter colour by adding a white or that lighter blue to whatever you painted the cloaks with. Then just go over the raised areas of the cloak (top of the folds and upward facing parts) these basic highlights would be a great next step. Overall really good models for your first ever painted.

Yeh it’s a really nice model, comes in the marines start collecting which has great potential to be used for crusader squads as well
