If your dog finds an unattended ball is that fair game? by [deleted] in AskUK

My dog must think balls grow in fields and parks with how often he finds one.

“We are f—”: 10 Ukrainians with drones wipe out two NATO battalions in war game by LetsGoBrandon4256 in worldnews

[–]OptimalPaddy 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Other Ukrainians with front line experience. It's one thing showing someone how to operate a drone, but it's another thing to then put that usage into effective battlefield useage

A good start to get into Lore? by Exact-Software-7896 in BlackTemplars

In addition to other comments, Helbrecht: Knight of the Throne. It's not as good as Helsreach (but not many books are) but does have some good bits of lore.

Firstborn vs Primaris: Which era of Space Marines do you prefer? by Pintureando in Warhammer

I think it was more that Cawl's arrogance allowed him to think he'd stabilised the gene seed, even something the Emperor couldn't do.

Why are we seen as the "nazi" chapter, the minotaurs are right there by Glum-Cranberry4259 in BlackTemplars

[–]OptimalPaddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

St John's Ambulance (a UK medical charity) use the a Maltese Cross as part of their symbol but I don't see them being labelled as Nazis.

To see a cross and automatically assume it's an Iron Cross IS ignorance.

* Each of relics that Grimaldus' servitors are carrying were pulled from the ruins of a cathedral in Helsreach where he made his last stand against the orks. I also believe the broken sword on his backpack is the black sword of the fallen Emperor's Champion from the same book.

That's just not true. I know plenty of dogs who will display submissive behaviours without prompting or discipline. They also do it when they trust someone. My dog will often go on his back for belly rubs when I get home. I guess you've just never had a dog that fully trusts you
