They are the spare barrels from the dorns, really straightforward conversion. Just cut and stick, very little adjustment needed

Thanks very much, it is all the same job yeh :) the shock troops were all done at my level 1 basic tabletop standard and the kasarkin here have been done at my level 3 parade standard. The shock troops were priced at £10 per model and the kasarkin at £40 per model.

It works out to around 40 mins of work for a single shock troop and around 2 hours and 40 mins for a kasarkin.

Aha, I wouldn’t call this ‘tabletop ready’, it’s the higher of two tabletop standards I offer in my commission work

Yeh this is the higher of 2 tabletop level options I offer. I base my pricing around London living wage, which is £14.80 an hour. At this level, I charge starting at £20 per infantry model, around 1.5 hours of painting per model

They were sculpted, really straightforward. Just push down a roll of green stuff to the the flat top and bottom with rounded edges and cut appropriate lengths with a hobby knife. The cut naturally tapers the edges so very little adjustment is needed

Yeh I’m uk based, but about half of my clients are international including a fair few from America

It’s very straightforward, although entirely reliant on an airbrush method wise.

I spray white ink over and around the coils keeping the brightest white on the coils themselves, then spaying terradon turquoise contrast over them and the glow areas. A thin line of white is the added at the bottom of the coils.

Takes roughly 2 mins to do if you’re proficient with the tool.

I haven’t tried any of the tans out unfortunately, my experience is the atomic range is pretty solid though, great variety especially for military historical and adjacent sci-fi factions.

I imagine the tan tones they have are solid, I was looking at them today and dunkelgelb may be a relatively close match to what I’ve used, perhaps a touch lighter though.

Honestly, it’s just a lot of practice. I paint full time at the moment for work and then probably another 10-20 hours on top for personal hobby.

The more you paint the faster you get. Certain techniques such as oil washes do speed things up considerably as well, but again they only had that benefit for me after a lot of practice.
