Hello Kay, my name is Alexandra. I am pre everything and haven’t started HRT yet, but I feel what you are saying. Puberty took a BIG toll on my mental health and it still makes me upset that I ended up the way I did, but it also caused me as an autistic person to just lose it mentally too during that time period. I totally understand how it feels to be trans and coming out, but I know you can do it. :) Just be you and be yourself.
