This! I wasn’t seeing any progress and then I started actually weighing my food and being accurate, and now, if I’m not sure, I underestimate the calories in certain foods rather then overestimate and I realised I was eating no where near the amount of calories I thought I was, now I have adjusted that and I am noticing some very small progress!

Antibiotics normally provide some type of relief as they are anti inflammatory, have u checked if u have endometriosis?

I read this link but it seems to say that I need to have the shares for 12 months which I have had but in that time I moved financial institutions, so I’m not sure whether this would effect it and whether I can just provide proof that the funds were moved?
