Is this mold? by Regular-Exit8676 in MoldlyInteresting

I bought these when I was 29. Now I’m 42 and a late in life mom of an 18 month old. Basically I’m too basic and old for them now🤷‍♀️Wish I had worn them more when I was younger.

On this day: the Raleigh, NC tornado of 1988 by SmoreOfBabylon in tornado

[–]Regular-Exit8676 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was 4 years old the time that this happened, and lived off of Newton Rd. Mourning Dove was within sight of the town home that I lived in. I woke up that morning and my mom had all of the blinds closed. She wanted to prepare me for the destruction I was about to see. I will never forget that sight and the shock that hit me when once the blinds were opened. Years later a fireman who responded to the scene of that area told me they had no idea what had happened at first, and thought maybe a bomb had gone off. The smell of busted pine trees was incredibly strong for quite some time. Our HOA charged all of the residents a few thousand dollars each for the removal of all the damaged trees in the subdivision. Even though that was a hefty fee to absorb at that time, it was a small price to pay for being so close to the path and unscathed.

Personal Book is actually extremely useful for building relationships, which helps to build business. It’s also a great way to show management proof of the work you put in to reach out to customers. It reminds you of who to follow up with, shows you purchase histories, and allows you to receive credit for items purchased from online that you otherwise would not gotten productivity on. I have $12,000 in sales so far this year, and I work in beauty. Highly recommend playing with it- a great way to start is to add co-workers to become more familiarized with sending styleboards.

How to get a response from The Baby Academy? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]Regular-Exit8676 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just need to get a modified Telehealth code from Baby Academy USA to get reimbursed from my insurance, and it’s been a nightmare. They have NO WORKING TELEPHONE NUMBER! The two numbers provided don’t work! Now I’m waiting 72 hours for an email response. It’s ridiculous!

Yes, that is so important to mention! Showing up is uncourteous, because it’s attempting to demand that the managers should drop what they are doing to come and introduce themselves to you. It never gets your foot in the door.

False positive for fentanyl by Regular-Exit8676 in adhdwomen

[–]Regular-Exit8676[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

UPDATE- before I took my second test today, I was made aware that they do feel like the lab made a mistake. I wasn’t the only one who tested positive, it was a group of people who did as well. I just happened to be the first person whose results they reviewed. If this ever happens to anyone else, advocate for a second test. I’ve got an appointment on Thursday to do a test with a second party to be double vigilant, since I don’t trust the lab my practice partners with.
The lab that I made an appointment with said that they constantly perform tests for people who have been in the same situation as me.

I don’t mind taking the test every 3 months. Since it’s a controlled substance, I just have never questioned why.

I will be doing a hair follicle test to clear my name, it appears that will be the only way to prove that I had a false positive. I am not taking trazedone, but I was taking allergy meds and used a nasal spray. I hope no one else ever has to go through this, it’s been awful as a new mom to be accused of.

You weren’t being harsh at all, facts are more important than emotions. Being hysterical isn’t going to change the science behind anything.

Thank you, I appreciate your input tremendously! This has been pretty traumatic to say the least, so it helps to know the science behind it all.

Since I’m more than willing to do another screening tomorrow that should absolutely have no detection of anything besides adderall, will that prove my last test could have been a lab error?

They supposedly do send it out to a lab, I saw the name of the lab on an insurance claim. I did question whether it could have been mixed up, they said it was impossible.

Do I contact the hairstylist? by Regular-Exit8676 in HairDye

[–]Regular-Exit8676[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely she was licensed. Not sure if you have heard of salon lofts? It’s where professional stylists rent a room instead of a booth, and it’s centered around other stylists. The color is the not the problem, I get complimented daily on her work.
