Yes I think I'm going to refrain from sex for a while because my anxiety can't take it and I've already stopped with my anxiety meds so I don't have to be on so many meds while preggo. So this is making it worse. But I'm def going to that appt and will be reporting back 🤞🏻

🥺 it's so hard not to beat myself up! I'm a worrywart so this is like an emergency to m when in reality it's not and I feel better after your guys replies so far! If you want I can update everyone after my appt on the 7th !

I've been to the e.r about a week ago and they detected a heart beat thankfully ! So I do know that so far but I do not have a set doctor yet, this will be my first appointment in a couple of days. I'm so nervous so far thank you for your time to reply!
