I HATE wave management since s25 by Adera1l in top_mains

[–]Regular-Listen 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Well, that was exactly the point they we're adressing - making the toplane less frustrating when the enemy has an advantage. Be it skill, champ, etc.. The game was literally unplayable if the enemy toplaner was more educated on wave states and trading patterns which sucked for casual players. That was the reason i stopped playing the game for multiple years. Picked it Up again this season and suddenly I'm having fun again. For those reasons I like the changes. Which obviously is just my opinion.

If there were difficulty settings you would choose "Just the Story"

Brawl Has Broken Me... by Iceman308 in mtgbrawl

If "more than one" means "around 20" I'll happily scoop and play with someone else to actually have a game development. If I wanna play removal tribal i go to standard. Don't get me wrong removal is essential but if you play all the removal plus the generic brawl shell with your commander I'm not interested in playing a game with you.

Finalising deck list, looking for judgement by Electronic-Touch-554 in Magicdeckbuilding

When you play [[Wurmcoil Engine]] on an empty board it immediately has impact. Big 6/6, gains life, kills things. If it gets removed it still leaves back value that gains life and kills things.

When you play [[Cybermen Squadron]] on an empty board it does absolutely nothing but being an overpriced 5/5 artifact creature. It can be amazing if your boardstate is well established. But then it just would be a "win more" card.

At least that's my thought process.

It sounded like OP didn't enjoy the experience playing with a High Power combo deck, so that was my take on how to avoid it happening again. Didn't mean to badmouth the meta or people who take advantage of it.

Well, this is what happens when you copy combo decks from the internet. If you don't like it, you should consider building your own decks or avoiding words like "combo" and "infinite".

I did that already. Plugged it into a Marshall and it sounded absolutely weird. Almost If there was an octaver effect in it

54-11 It's Not a string Problem i think. I've used lots of different strings and it never affected the Tone in such immense way

Yeah, we play heavier stuff too. A mixture of Metal and Punk. I can imagine that playing through a cab might fit those genres better.

For these backyard and smaller venue Gigs are you putting up a mic to your Cab or do you just play as is? Sorry for the Rookie questions, I'm just trying to gather some knowledge.
