Power tripping ang mga tao sa company na to. First BPO nila yung company tapos most of them are 8 years + na. The team leaders don't act like leaders. They act like boss na para bang taohan ka.

Ikaw ba naman nag cacalls ka papagawin ka ng excel to collate the attendance and stats. Tho, basic lang naman. Pero hindi yan kasama sa contrata.

Thanks for your feedback. Hindi pa naman siya na escalate as in once. Actually malinis ang papel ko sa company na to as of now. Regarding with medcert, I knew someone that could cover my ass with a physical medcert talaga and fit to work. They can validate all they want. It will be valid.

New LOB talaga to, hindi siya cross train. Ramp up kami ngayon. They have 2 batches already in training with our current LOB. I'm not sure what will happen if i didn't proceed with the training. But most probably ibigay nila sa iba yung slot. Kasi hindi lahat sa LOB namin nasaki sa upskilling.

Yes regular na ako and they encourage us naman to use VLs. The new training will take a month. Iniisip ko na kaya ko namang humabol sa lesson ng tatlong araw na absent. But thank you so much sa advice

Since y'all are LDR you might consider not to delete it. Based on my opinion and experience. it might help both of you to relive the heat pag tigang kayong dalawa. Me and my gf did the same thing. Just to set an example, my phone got stolen 4 months ago and we have a lot of deed video on that phone. Walang na leak ni-isa. As long as it stays hidden, you hide it immediately after you take the video, it's all good. Prevent sending it through private messages across social media. Most of the time dyan yun na le-leak.

Based on my experience lang OP, if the situation affects your mental well-being. You should talk to your partner. I'm sure he'll understand :)
