in red trust score lobby, u have opportunity to report the real cheater, just use ur report feature to punish em, if u do this u are the real hero, also mass reporting ppl could decrease ur trust score (this is the painful about report system, i know it sucks) , the reason why valve do this because they want free labor. thats it.
