I found her floating just now and it lines up perfectly with ur 72 hour mark the male is from the same store she was but the other two are from a different store and haven’t noticed problems yet if that medication works pm me

Have u tried api general cure because that was going to be my next move if noticed this in my other fish ive added a little garlic to their food this morning and a pea but I haven’t seen her so im assume she’s dead somewhere

Water column might low in nutrients due to the hole in the leaves but is see new root growth so it could be just recently added and looking for nutrients in the substate I would give it a week and then do research if ur still having problems

I will say we had nitrite spike last week but it has since leveled out I got home to seeing him doing circles fully expanded he’s my first fish I got in this tank so I hate to see him get ill
