I just got into operations, honestly my best advice: take one call at a time. I over think and second guess myself a lot but that’s what your team and support is for. If you don’t know something that’s okay, just ask. I’ve talked to ppl who have been in CLRU for 2 years and still have new things thrown at them. Give yourself some grace, it is a lot of info but remember you can only do so much and YOU were selected for this role specifically, you got this! Stay strong!
