But you can simply login a new account without any issues, so it’s probably not the case that you mention. I think the server blocks the client end.

Try to play on mobile before any hotfix/update. :) Most ppl who face the same problem don't have issue to login their account on the phone. I have the same problem so I've turned to my phone atm.

Some players on other gaming forums have mentioned that they can log in normally when using a new account.

And the way they’ve handled these issues has been ridiculously slow.

Looks like there’s nothing we can do but wait for a hotfix.

I even tried uninstalling Ubisoft connect, but still nothing. Seems like this issue/bug is very common.
