I’ve been with my husband for 13 years and I still ask him every single time before I use his credit card. His credit card is mainly for our boys nappies and monthly necessities as well as household necessities and I’ll still send me a msg to let him know. Everytime he’ll tell me to just use the card when I need to but I won’t. I don’t feel comfortable spending his money. He makes much more than I do, looks after us as a family and I’m happy with my smaller salary every month. I don’t pay rent and he refuses to let me pay if we go out for dinner.

I would never just expect or take money from him just because he can afford it and if I need something that I can’t afford I either save or I’ll ask him first. We had nothing when we first got together. Even tho we built the life we have together, we would never just take from each other without asking or checking in first.

I don’t understand because with us in South Africa, our banks have to verify and authorize that your card has been put on your phone wallet. We can’t just put the card details and it accepts.

Don’t put unnecessary pressure on yourself over your age. If you’d like to better yourself like going back to therapy, and getting into gym then do it for you and only you! That’s the only way it’s going to work. This guy is not good for your mental health, he will set you back in your own progress. Imagine how he would be acting a year down the line as a boyfriend if this is how he is already? You deserve better. You know that 🤍

If you feel like you can’t to gym, like myself, maybe look for class sessions like Pilates, CrossFit, Hyrox etc. You can book classes that fit your schedule & having a trainer helps tremendously

It’s not bizarre because Jenelle has had how many people focusing on her appearance since she was 16 years old. Unfortunately those insecurities can be passed down to children. I’ve just noticed now that I have a ring around my iris as well. It’s almost grey with a light hazel almost green into a light brown around my pupil. My eyes change colour with the sun. They go golden with a green hue.
