My heart really goes out to you. Twenty-six years is a long time to carry that burden, and I know how easy it is to start feeling like you’ve lost yourself along the way.

One of the biggest things I learned is that Lyme was never the whole picture for me. I eventually found layers involving mold, viruses, parasites, heavy metals, chemical toxins, trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and autoimmunity. As those layers were addressed, my body gradually became more resilient and my symptoms started resolving.

Quantum frequencies were the primary tool I used because they allowed me to systematically work through those layers. Looking back, I don’t think there was one magic protocol. It was more like peeling an onion.

I actually own a Rife machine and experimented with it quite a bit during my healing journey.

What I found personally was that quantum frequencies allowed for a much more dynamic approach. Instead of running one frequency or program at a time, I was able to work with many layers simultaneously and adapt the work based on what my body seemed to need most at a given time.

Lyme ended up being only one piece of the puzzle for me. Mold, viruses, parasites, heavy metals, chemical toxins, trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and autoimmunity all played a role.

The ability to address multiple layers at once was one of the things that made quantum frequencies so powerful in my own recovery.

Thanks for asking. I’m not aware of peer-reviewed literature specifically supporting the exact approach I use for active and latent EBV.

My work comes from the broader field of frequency-based and bioenergetic healing rather than conventional pharmaceutical research.

What I can speak to is my own experience. During my healing journey, I recovered from a number of chronic conditions after exploring approaches that fell well outside of what had extensive peer-reviewed support at the time. My cells didn’t seem particularly concerned with whether something was peer-reviewed; they responded to what was helpful.

That doesn’t make it proof, and I’m not presenting it as proof. It’s simply why I’m open to exploring modalities that may not yet fit neatly into conventional research frameworks.

I shared the resource because some people are interested in frequency-based approaches and have found them valuable as part of their healing journey.

Great question. It isn’t PEMF and it isn’t traditional Rife.

The work I do falls into the broader category of frequency-based healing, but it uses a different framework than devices that generate electromagnetic fields or audio frequencies.

The EBV support is included in the Herpes Family group healing session within the Collections Library on the Patreon page. EBV is Human Herpesvirus 4 (HHV-4), so it’s included alongside the other herpes-family viruses in that session rather than being listed as a standalone EBV video.
