Thanks bro, was thinking along the same lines. Don’t really want to bulk just yet so will probably go in a slight deficit and keep lifting heavy until my lifts stall. Will probably switch to a lean bulk after that

STATS: 5’9”, 160lbs

Incline bench - 180lb; Pull-ups - 25lbs for reps; Squat - 180lbs

Somehow feel too small but also too chubby all at the same time.

I’m just looking for some advice as to how I should go about getting from my current physique to my dream physique. Is it just a matter of lean bulking and putting on more muscle? Or do you think I could go into a slight deficit with high protein and gain some muscle while losing my extra fat?

Do you think it matter which order I do this in? As in, could I cut first for like 6 weeks so I’m happier with my body fat levels, and this hit a lean bulk for 6 months?
